Background
Jay began his career with a national CPA firm in 1984 where he gained over five years of experience in auditing, operational consulting, and merger/acquisition transactions. Subsequently, Jay held Vice President - Corporate Development and CFO positions in various industries including business services, banking and financial services, and specialty retail.

Jay has an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst.
