Phil Kronlage, CPA
"Clients expect us to help them with a wide variety of challenges that they face in their business every day. I look forward every day to helping our clients meet these challenges. When our clients are successful our firm is successful. "Phil has been a shareholder at BPK&Z for almost 35 years and has served as its President since 1988. He is responsible for the smooth operation of the firm and oversees general client services in the audit, accounting, management advisory and tax areas. Phil also advises many long-term clients in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, professional services and real estate.
Assisting with the firm’s insurance and litigation support departments, he aids property and casualty insurers and legal counsel with business valuations, analysis of financial stability and additional accounting matters.
Over Phil’s tenure at BPK&Z, he has helped hundreds of closely held businesses, individuals and companies build and preserve their wealth. His 35 years of knowledge in the industry allows him to make the best decisions for his clients and the firm; helping both reach their goals. Phil has authored articles and been interviewed regarding industry information in numerous publications including The Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal, Upsize and Practical Accountant. When Phil is not busy with his duties at BPK&Z, you will find him at his lake home, on the golf course honing his game, attending Gopher basketball games and spending time with his expanding family.
