Most of our clients own closely held businesses with revenues between $10 and $150 million. Their industries vary and include professional services, manufacturing, construction, health care, and a wide variety of specialty retail and wholesale distribution. We also work with many small community based, not-for-profit organizations.

History
In 1975, Gene Blanski and Jim Wehmhoff left Laventhol & Horwath to form their own firm in Golden Valley. Since the inception of the firm, we have gone beyond traditional accounting and tax services by providing special non-traditional services. In the beginning, we provided Litigation and Insurance Support services. Since then, as we have added shareholders and team members, we have continued to grow those services to include Business Valuation, Financial Management, and Mergers and Acquisitions services, among others.

We currently have six shareholders: Phil Kronlage, John Edson, Dave Herbeck (who also runs BPK&Z Financial Services, LLP), John Csargo, Gary Turnquist, and Grant Tentis.

Now 35 people strong, we continue to help our clients focus on both the past and the future to build their success.
